Refund policy

Refund & Replacement Policy:

At Chocolate Janelle ja, we take pride in handcrafting every piece of chocolate with care and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds or store credits for any reason. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right with a replacement.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with what you received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at orders@chocolatejanelleja.com with your order number and clear photos of the chocolates and packaging.

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement if the issue qualifies.
Please note: replacements will only be issued for orders with verified damage or fulfillment errors.


Delivery Issues:

We are not responsible for failed deliveries in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect or outdated address was provided
  • The recipient is out of town or unavailable to receive the package
  • A corrected or new delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional shipping and/or relabeling charges from the carrier.
